Столична община е юридическо лице. Има право да притежава недвижими имоти и движими вещи. Общината може да извършва стопанска дейност и да създава предприятия. Може също така да участва в съвместни предприятия.

Асоциация за развитие на София
Създадохме Асоциация за развитите на София (Sofia – DA) за да подпомогнем и насърчим постоянния диалог между гражданското общество, бизнеса, държавните институции и общинската администрация за изграждане на обществена среда, която съдейства за развитието на София като модерен европейски град, подпомага устойчивото развитие, предприемчивостта и инициативността на София и нейните жители и насърчава връзката между образование, наука и бизнес.

В партньорство със Sofia Design Week
Sofia Design Week е международен фестивал за дизайн. Създаден е през 2009 г. Провежда се всеки юни. Подвизава се в целия град. Представя световните тенденции в съвременния графичен, продуктов, интерактивен и комуникационен дизайн. Заедно с хората, които ги създават.

    Sofia Municipality is an administrative and territorial unit. Its management is a mixture of the self-government of the citizens and the operation of the state policy for the development of the capital.
    Sofia municipality is a juridical body. It has the right to own real estate property and movables. The municipality can conduct economic activities and establish enterprises. It can also participate in joint ventures.

    We established the Sofia Development Association (Sofia – DA) to promote and encourage the constant dialogue between civil society, business, public institutions and municipal administration for creating social environment which supports the development of Sofia as a modern European city, aids the sustainable development, entrepreneurship and initiatives of Sofia and its citizens, and fosters the interconnectedness between education, science, and business.

    Sofia Design Week is an international design festival.It was created in 2009. Takes place every June. Spreads all over town. Sofia Design Week presents the leading trends in contemporary graphic, product, interactive and communication design. Together with the people who create them.
